Returns Policy
Our company is responsible for the quality of the goods sold and accepts returns of defective goods within the warranty period.
Goods may be returned if they have an obvious defect that can be visually identified.
Return conditions:
- The item has not been used and remains in its original condition;
- No more than 30 days have passed since the purchase;
- Factory packaging, all equipment, and presentation are preserved;
- The product is free from oil, grease, fuel, or installation marks;
- Return shipping costs are covered by the sender.
If these conditions are not met, the vendor reserves the right to refuse the return.
If the vendor has sent the wrong item or the item does not match the description on the website, the return shipping costs are covered by the vendor.
If the return is not due to the vendor’s fault, all shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If a defect is discovered after installation, replacement parts may be accepted for return if the following documents are provided:
- Service order receipt showing vehicle and repair details;
- Claim report from the service station indicating the cause of the defect.
If the customer decides to return the item for personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed), the return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
Return Process
- Notify our support team by email at 4x4line.sales@gmail.com about any defects, issues, or the reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation from our manager (within 1–2 days).
- After confirmation, send the product to:

- After shipping, email us the return tracking number.
Once we receive the product, it will be checked against the return application.
If there are discrepancies, the customer will be notified.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order if it has not yet been sent for picking and packing.
Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel.
If the order has already left our warehouse, wait until delivery and then request a return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has left the warehouse, and return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and credit the refund.
