1.3 These Terms and Conditions define the rights and responsibilities of Customers and the Seller as the operator of the online shop.

1.4 The Seller is the controller of personal data processed for the purposes specified in these Terms and Conditions. Data is processed in line with the privacy policy available on the website. Providing data is voluntary, and data is processed only for the proper execution of the sales agreement.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on product weight, size, and selected delivery option. Costs adjust automatically when items are added.

4.2 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4.3 Delivery from the USA to the Czech Republic is offered via FedEx, DHL, DPD, GLS etc. Typical delivery: 8–12 working days.
For large items (e.g., Roof Top Tents, Drawer Systems): sea freight, 35–50 working days.

4.4 The seller is responsible for accidental loss or damage until the goods are received, unless the customer chooses a different delivery method.

4.5 Tracking information and carrier contacts are provided by email after dispatch. Orders can be tracked using the Order ID.

Prices

  • Prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK), include VAT and customs charges.
  • Prices shown before adding to cart do not include shipping costs.
  • Shipping and any additional costs (e.g., packaging) are shown before order confirmation.

By subscribing, customers agree to receive email updates about products and offers. Customers can unsubscribe anytime via email or account settings.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Returned products must be in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
The customer covers direct return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Refunds use the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
a) Custom-made products
b) Perishable goods
c) Sealed items unsuitable for return once opened
d) Goods inseparably mixed with others after delivery
e) Services tailored to individual needs

Warranty and Notice of Defect

Products are covered by at least a 12-month warranty (may vary by product/brand). Warranty terms are specified on product pages.

The Seller must deliver defect-free products. Customers can submit complaints by:

Customers may request a price reduction or contract withdrawal if:

  • The seller refuses or fails to bring the product into conformity
  • The defect is significant
  • The seller does not resolve the issue in reasonable time
