Warranty Policy

The website www.4x4line.cz provides a 24-month warranty from the delivery date for all products.

  • The Seller undertakes to eliminate any physical defects free of charge if they are reported within the warranty period.
  • Defect resolution may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, at the Seller’s discretion.
  • Repairs and defect removal will be carried out promptly, usually within 60 days from receipt of the product.
  • In certain cases, the 60-day period may be extended depending on the defect type, removal method, or technical circumstances. Customers will be informed if an extension is necessary.
  • The warranty covers defects resulting from internal product faults.

Important: Before returning any product, customers must contact the support team at www.4x4line.cz and obtain approval.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage or breakage caused by improper use.
  • Customer-induced mechanical damage.
  • Customer-performed repairs or modifications.
  • Continued use after a malfunction that causes further damage.
  • Opening the device housing or attempts to repair it.
  • Modification, removal, or replacement of product components.
  • Use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
  • Damage from external events (e.g., fire, flood, high temperature, chemicals).

If the product has been damaged or misused by the customer, the warranty is void, and compensation is not provided.
However, customers may contact us to purchase spare or replacement parts (if available). The cost of the parts and shipping will be charged separately.

The warranty period expires after 24 months from the delivery date.
